Safe and secure surroundings
Preston Road comprises of three main rooms on one accessible level that can take up to 48 children across the whole nursery. This includes a spacious toddler and pre-school room with free flow access to a large garden area. The children have opportunity to access activities such as construction, mark making and phonics.

The baby room leads onto its own secure outdoor space and offers a calm, welcoming multi-sensory atmosphere.
Individual learning
Working together, the staff cover the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to ensure that each baby is offered a wide range of activities and learning experiences to help develop their individual learning.

Our activities
Our activities include painting and other messy play, sand, water, musical instruments, building blocks and story and song time. There are also two outdoor areas that can be used in all weathers. A jumping beans class is run on a Friday morning by Lucy an Early Years teacher, qualified in pre-school gymnastics. Green Crow Yoga class is run on a Wednesday morning by Paula a qualified children's yoga teacher.
Additionally, we visit two local care homes once a month.
